3. Order must be at least $200 or more (at purchaser’s price tier) before order charges, taxes, and discounts are applied to qualify for the free CoQHeart (#57315) – a $29.35 MP value.
4. A maximum of one bottle CoQHeart is available per order. There’s no limit to the number of orders of $200 or more that a guest, Member, Distributor, or Associate may place.
5. AutoShip orders are included. Discounts can be combined.
6. Eligible orders must be placed online. Orders placed through the Call Centre do not apply.
7. There’s no point value (PV) on the free product, which can’t be returned for cash or product credit or exchanged for an alternate product.
