Get Started Join Offer Rules

1. This Get Started offer of Double Commissions and a 50% savings on your Business Starter Kit is available in Canada and the U.S. from Friday, September 24, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. (ET) through Friday, December 31, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
2. Open to new Distributors that join Shaklee with a Business Starter Kit between September 24, 2021, and December 31, 2021. This includes existing Guests or Members that upgrade to Distributor during this promotional period.
3. Shaklee will discount the standard $49.95 Business Starter Kit price to $25 for all join orders that include the Kit.
4. Double Commissions: New Distributors will be eligible to earn Double Commissions on earnings paid directly by Shaklee during the promotional period of September 24, 2021, through December 31, 2021.
   1. A new Distributor will earn Double Commissions during the promotional period, up to a maximum of a $1,000 Double Commission payment per month.
   2. For example, if you earn $1,000 in total Shaklee earnings in a promotional period month (including all normal bonuses/commissions, price differential, Pace Setter, and any Prove It and Star Club Bonuses), Shaklee will Double your earnings and make it $2,000.
   3. $21K in 2021 Bonuses will be excluded from Double Commissions.
5. Double Commission Payments: Double Commissions payments will be paid in a separate payment from your regular monthly commission payment.
   1. Your monthly commission payment will be issued around the 15^th of the month following PV month close.
   2. The Double Commissions payment will be issued on or around the 25^th of the month following the PV month close.
      1. For example, Double Commissions earned as part of the October PV month will be paid on or around November 25 when you are on Direct Deposit. If you are not on Direct Deposit, the Double Commissions will be paid with your next PV month check.
      2. Any Star Club and Prove It Bonuses earned during the promotional period will also be doubled. Regular standard Star Club and Prove It Bonuses will be paid daily as normal, and a matching amount will be included in the Double Commissions payment on or around the 25^th of the month following PV month close.
6. Eligible orders must be placed online. Orders placed through the Call Centre do not apply.
7. Shaklee reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time.

Company’s Right to Change/Cancel Get Started Program and/or Terms

Shaklee (the “Company”) may, at its discretion, alter, limit, or modify the incentive structure or any other feature of the Get Started offer (the “Program”). Company reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) or terminate the Get Started offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to monitor the accounts of all participants, at any time and without notice, for compliance with Program Rules.  Any return of product that counted toward qualification of any Double Commission earnings will result in the forfeiture/deduction of any earnings paid to the qualifier. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions are at the Company’s sole discretion, and the Company’s decisions will be final. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Program Rules, the English language version will govern.

Shaklee makes no promises or guarantees regarding income, and the success or failure of each Shaklee Distributor, like any other business, depends on your own skills and personal effort.
