Offer Rules

1. This offer is available in the US and Canada from February 1, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. through February 29, 2020 at midnight (PST).

3. Order must be at least $200 or more (at purchaser’s price tier) before shipping, handling, taxes, and discounts are applied to qualify for the Free CoQHeart® with Q-Trol® #22076 (a Retail Value of $38).

4. A maximum of one CoQHeart® is available per order. No limit to the number of orders of $200 or more that a Guest, Member, Distributor, or Associate may place.

5. Autoship orders are included. Discounts can be combined.

6. Eligible orders must be placed online. Orders placed through the Call Center do not apply.

7. There is no point value (PV) on the free product and the free product can’t be returned for cash or product credit or exchanged for an alternate product.
